Local Group

This group can range from 2-10 members.

Training is so much easier and frankly more fun, when you have a group. You will receive expert coaching as well as training partners to help you along the way.

• Weekly group run/ workout taking place on either Saturday or Sunday.

• One 1-on-1 run/ workout per week.

• One video or phone call per week.

• Weekly Facebook Live Group talk

• Minimum three month commitment
