At a Distance

You don’t have to live close to a coach anymore to receive proper, customized coaching! With the use of technology, it’s almost like I am there with you, every step of the way. Well, maybe not quite but you get the picture. With the “At a Distance” training group, you will benefit from the “customized to you” training, as well as others using the same methods. Each member will have access (if you choose) to the other members of the group, acting as an ally, on your road to a better you.

• Goal setting session

• Customized and evolving training plan using: Heart Rate Variability(HRV) alongside        Heart Rate, Power and Perceived Rate of Exertion(PRE).

• Strength and supplemental work

• Weekly video or phone call

• Unlimited emails

• Weekly Facebook Live group talks

• Minimum three month commitment
